Respect and research

The aim of our winery is to interfere as little as possible on the wine during vinification, which is possible only thanks to grapes of first quality coming from unique soils, resulting in great wines. When we talk about wine production, we talk about vineyards, cultivations, about respect towards the environment and the vines. As was already understood by Nino Zeni half a century ago, wine is not made in the wine cellar, but in the vineyards.
And we are lucky to grow grapes in a region admired by the whole world, of unique characteristics like the geology of the soil, the latitude, the nearby Lake Garda, when talking about Bardolino and Lugana and the Italian sun. Thanks to these great qualities of the soils and the vines our winery managed to produce a Bardolino wine without added sulphytes, proof that the grapes were perfectly healthy and grown in ideal conditions, limiting the interventions in the wine cellar to a minimum.
