VALPOLICELLA DOC SUPERIORE RIPASSO MAROGNE


The Valpolicella Ripasso results from a short second fermentation of Valpolicella wine on raisened grape skins which have been used to make Amarone. Of intense ruby red colour and warm fragrances
of small red fruits and cherries, this wine is engaging and slightly spicy and appreciated all over the world as it matches very easily with many Veronese and international dishes.
